Brand, Commercial & Headshot Photography Prices
Most photographers won't put prices on their website. We think that's daft.
You need to know whether we're in your ballpark before you spend twenty minutes on a phone call, and we'd rather spend our time talking to businesses we can actually help. So here's what it costs.
Everything below includes the shooting time, the editing and delivery in a private online gallery, with a full commercial licence to use the images however you like.
Content days, brand and commercial photography
Half day: £495
Around four hours on location or in our Warrington studio. Typically 40 to 80 edited images. Ideal for a single site, a small team, and a first library of website and social content.
Full day: £895
Around eight hours. Typically 80 to 150 edited images. Right for larger teams, multiple locations, or when you want people, premises and products covered in one visit.
Both include a pre-shoot planning call, a written shot list, all our lighting and equipment, full editing, and delivery in three sizes: print resolution, web-optimised, and social crops.
A note on timings. The half and full day rates cover our full time on site, which includes setting up our lighting and equipment at the start and packing it away at the end. That's usually around 30 minutes either side. We're not billing you separately for it, but it does sit inside the booked window rather than on top of it, so it's worth knowing when you're planning who needs to be available and when.
The more organised you are on the day, the more of that time goes into actual photography. We'll send you a plan beforehand so everyone knows where to be.
The same rates cover commercial and architectural work: premises, buildings, interiors and industrial photography.
Product photography
Product work runs on the same day rates: £495 for a half day and £895 for a full day.
We don't price per item, and there's a good reason for that. Photographing a golf tee and photographing a wardrobe are not the same job. One is a single studio setup; the other needs space, a van and a rethink of the lighting. Charging one flat rate per product would mean overcharging half our clients and losing money on the other half.
To give you a rough idea of what fits into the time:
- A half day typically covers 15 to 25 straightforward products shot in our studio, or one to two larger or on-location items
- A full day roughly doubles that
Send us your list and we'll tell you honestly what we can get through and whether you need half a day or a full one.
Half a day is our minimum booking for product work.
Headshots
Individual studio session: £75
At our Warrington studio, including setup and packing away. You choose your favourite images from the session and we edit them fully.
On-site team headshots, half day: £495
Up to 20 people photographed at your premises, on a consistent background so the portraits sit properly together on your website. One fully edited image each. Additional people £20 each.
On-site team headshots, full day: £895
Up to 40 people, same standard. Additional people £20 each.
We bring our own lighting and backdrop, so a meeting room, a corridor or a corner of the warehouse all work fine. Setting up and packing away is included in the booked time, so allow around 30 minutes at each end and have your first few people ready to go once we're set.
Twenty headshots in half a day is comfortable if the session is well organised. Give everyone a time slot rather than letting them wander down when they remember, and you'll get through it with room to spare.
Add-ons
These are the things clients most often ask for once we're on site. Ask on the day and we'll usually be able to do them there and then.
Group or team shot: £95
The whole team together, properly arranged and lit rather than squeezed in at the end. Worth doing while everyone is already in one place and already tidy.
Premises and workspace images: £195
Added to a headshot session. Your building, reception, workspace and the work being done, enough to fill out an About page or a set of social posts.
Upgrade to a full content day: £895
If you want headshots, premises, process and product all covered, this is better value than adding pieces one at a time. Everything above is included.
What's included in every price
- A pre-shoot conversation and, for content days, a written shot list
- All shooting time, plus our own professional lighting and equipment
- Setting up and packing away our equipment at no separate charge, which takes place within the booked time
- Full editing and colour correction on every delivered image
- Delivery within seven working days in a private online gallery
- Images supplied at print resolution, web-optimised and in social crops
- A full commercial licence with no usage restrictions, no per-use charges and no annual renewal
What costs extra
We'd rather list this than surprise you on the invoice.
Travel and accommodation
Quoted separately and agreed with you before anything is booked. We cover Warrington, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire and Greater Manchester routinely, and we'll travel further for the right project.
Rush turnaround: plus 20%, minimum £35
Need the images faster than seven working days? We'll prioritise your edit and get them to you inside 48 hours.
Additional people on team headshot bookings: £20 each
Beyond 20 on a half day or 40 on a full day.
