This page lays out the terms and conditions for F11 Photography Limited in various areas of their service portfolio.

Commercial Photography

All commercial photography assignments must be agreed in writing
In the event that the client is running late and more time is required for the photographer to capture the required images, this may be invoiced accordingly.

All event photography commissions will be agreed in writing over email
A 50% deposit must be paid upon booking, with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the function, unless otherwise agreed in writing
For pre-purchase events, final numbers must be given no less than 2 weeks prior to the function date
Provisions for access to the venue and ensuring that there is enough space for our service is the responsibility of the event organiser
Digital photographs will be made available for download on a password protected gallery up to 10 working days after the event

No refunds will be given for unused printed/digtal images

Customers will be shown their headshot at the time of the shoot and the chosen headshot will then be edited and delivered to the client.
If further headshots are required, this will be at extra cost to the client.

The photography professional must see the original photograph to be restored in order to assess the damage and the amount of work required for repair. A quote will be given at this time and if the client agrees, restoration work will begin.
F11 cannot be held responsible for old photographs falling apart due to their poor condition.

Before dropping off your products for photography, you must ensure that the studio is ready to accept the consignment. This should be agreed by email prior to setting off.
Once the photographs have been received by the client, the products must be collected by the client within 14 days. Failure to collect the products within this time frame will result in the products being disposed of by any means decided by F11 Photography.

It is the responsibility of the prom organiser to ensure that no other paid photography service will attend the function. This includes the use of photobooths, photo corners, selfie mirrors and other paid photography services. If another professional photographic service is in attendance, F11 Photography reserve the right to leave the event and no refunds will be due.
F11 Photography will stay for the allotted time provided that the service is being utilised. We may stay longer if demand calls for it.

Studio & equipment hire terms will be agreed in writing between the client and F11 Photography Limited.

Terms and conditions for our wedding photography service are extensive and are in a document which will be shared privately between F11 Photography Limited and the client.
